1. Get Tools Ready: Prepare a non-elastic string or a strip of paper (about 1 cm wide), a pen, and a ruler. 
2. Wrap Your Finger: Wrap the paper or string snugly around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on. 
3. Mark the Spot: Draw a line with a pen where the paper/string overlaps. 
4. Measure: Lay the paper flat and use a ruler to measure the distance from the starting point to the mark (this is your finger circumference, in mm). 
5. Check Size: Match your measured circumference with size chart.
